Murano Condominiums (North Tower)
The New Bad Boy On Bay Street

Many buyers have waited patiently for a long time for the development of the Murano. Fortunately for them, their patience has paid off and their brand new home/investment is finally just about ready! Great news for those who bought a few years ago...their investment has appreciated significantly! Yes, that is still possible even in today's market; I bet they are happy they didn't invest it in the stock market! The question now of course for everyone is how long will it take for the building to get registered? Well everyone will have different opinions on that and none of them are for certain. Some people worry "what if the same thing as WaterParkCity were to happen" and the registration takes forever. Is that possibility even there with Murano? Sure, anything is possible as new issues could arise for the builder that would cause delays in registration. You have to play it safe and look at both sides and prepare yourself for "just in case". Things are happening pretty quickly as occupancy has already begun and people are taking possession of their units. It is hard to tell at this point though how long it will take for things to happen but it is looking promising and things are moving along well. They seem to be working hard to complete the lobby at the moment and as for the facilities...they are approximately a couple of months away. There is still lots of construction taking place at the moment so it is a given that if you have moved in or are moving in soon to expect lots of traffic and noise due to all the trades on site. |
